i recently downloaded the “any audio converter” and for some reason whenever i right click on a window in youtube, the option to copy the link location dosnt show…so i cant convert the songs i want….help plez!!

You need to download the youtube movie first before you can convert it.
There are several programs that help you do that, I suggest Orbit downloader, or youtube downloader.

So I am trying to upload a video to Powerpoint that I have made.

It is a Windows Movie Maker file. It wouldn’t work, so I tried switching the type of file it was with a program I have called “Any Video Converter”. But of course it wouldn’t work there either.

So lastly I am trying to upload it to youtube and then will change it from there.

If that doesnt work, can anybody offer me any suggestions? Keyword: free.

1. Create a folder and label it “Presentation” (you can name it whatever you like).
2. Drag or copy the movie fileyou plan to use in that folder. (WMV or AVI work best)
3. Open a PowerPoint Presentation and save it to that same folder.
4. When it’s time to insert movie files to your presentation, select them from this same folder.
5. When you are finished you should have all files you need in one folder.

The actual process of inserting a video clip is really easy.

1. In PowerPoint create a new presentation or open an existing one
2. Choose which slide you want the presentation to be in or add it to an existing slide
3. From the top menu, click on the Insert ribbon. Then choose Movie & Sound – Movie From File.
4. In the popup box, search for your movie file (in the folder you created) and add it.
5. You can resize, move, & pretty much position video where you want on the screen.

If you will be presenting on another computer, you have to make sure you have the movie file in the same folder as your presentation. PowerPoint DOES NOT save the movie file all together.

I want to upload a video to Youtube. I think my video file was wrong because the processing would take 8+ hours. I used “Total Video Converter” (I think version 3.21) to make a .WMV file. When I imported my media (video), and I clicked change to .WMV, all that happened was it exited itself out… DID IT WORK?

EDIT: I was told that .WMV was more compatible with Youtube.

hmmmmmmm… to find out click right click the file name and click properties it should say what type of file it is if the problem persists just upload it without changing the file type. .WMV is just the most commonly uploaded video format and not the most compatible. There is no one most compatible format. It either is compatible or it isn’t.
